Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) added 0.09% or 6.59 points to 7,010.32 points at Tuesday’s open.
By 10:36 am KSA time, 32.27 million shares were exchanged through 13,750 transactions at a value of SAR 577.63 million.
The utilities sector topped the best performers and rose 2%, followed by the media and real estate sectors which went up 0.45% and 0.29%, respectively.
The telecom and banks sectors increased 0.23% and 0.14%, respectively.
On the other hand, the REITs sector led the worst performers and fell 1.2%, followed by the commercial services and material sectors which went down 0.7% and 0.38%, respectively.
Buruj Cooperative Insurance led the gaining stocks and hiked 4.9%, while Alujain Corp topped the losing ones and levelled down 2.5%.
Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market grew 0.1% to stand at 4,692.28 points.
Development Works Food came on top of the rising stocks of Nomu and advanced 2.3%, while Al-Omran Industrial Trading led the red zone and fell 2.1%.
