Tadawul announces Ramadan trading hours

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday announced that trading hours will remain unchanged during Islam's holy month of Ramadan, which is expected to begin on Monday, 5 May.

The trading hours in the main market and the Nomu-Parallel Market will be kept unchanged as the opening auction session will be from 9:30 am until 10:00 am, the opening trading session from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm, the closing auction session from 3:00 pm until 3:10 pm, and the post-trade session from 3:10 pm until 4:00 pm.

As for the sukuk and bond market trading hours, the pre-opening session will be from 9:30 am until 10:00 am, the opening trading session from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm, and the post-trade session from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm.

Tadawul also announced that trading will be halted during Eid Al Fitr holiday which will begin on Thursday, 25 Ramadan, corresponding to 30 May.

The Saudi stock market will resume trading on 6 Shawaal, corresponding to 9 June.
