Riyadh - Mubasher: Investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange are anticipating a series of important events this week, led by the second phase of Takween’s capital hike subscription.
On Sunday 9 October, Takween Advanced Industries will begin the second phase of its rights issue until 11 October, where all holders of rights will be allowed to exercise their right to subscribe to the new shares, while trading of rights during this phase is not possible.
Meanwhile, Anaam International Group will be holding its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday 10 October, while Saudi Industrial Export will have its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 11 October to vote on the audit committee for the new three-year cycle
