Riyadh - Mubasher: The investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) are anticipating a series of important events this week, as five companies are set to hold their ordinary general meetings; while two other will distribute cash dividends.
Saudi Ground Services Company will hold its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday 13 February to vote on distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2016 at SAR 1.3 per share.
Qassim Agriculture will also hold its EGM on Monday to vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to lower the company’s capital by 4% to SAR 300 million to offset some of the accumulated losses.
Meanwhile, Al Hokair Group will be distributing dividends to its shareholders on Tuesday at SAR 0.65 per share or 6.5% of capital, with a total value of SAR 37.75 million.
Similarly, Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes will also distribute SAR 22.5 million in cash dividends to shareholders at SAR 1.5 per share of 15% of capital.
