Riyadh - Mubasher: Investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) are anticipating a series of important events this week between 12 and 16 March, with some listed companies holding their assembly meetings to discuss dividends distribution.
Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services will hold its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Sunday to vote on the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for 2016 at SAR 1 per share, and to increase the capital through the issuance of bonus shares.
Malath Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance will also be holding its EGM on 12 March to vote on reducing the company’s capital by 60% to SAR 120 million, and to rename the company to Malath Cooperative Insurance.
On Monday, Northern Region Cement will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) to approve the distributed dividends for H1-16 at SAR 0.45 per share, as well as to vote on the board of directors and the auditor’s annual reports.
Meanwhile, Yanbu National Petrochemicals (Yansab) will hold on Tuesday its EGM to vote on the distribution of dividends for H2-16 at SAR 1.5 per share.
