Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closed in green zone on Thursday, as the Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) gained 0.56% or 26.9 points to close at 6,921.77 points.
The market witnessed 198.74 million shares changed hands worth SAR 3.68 billion.
At the sectorial level, the media sector added 1.93%, while the insurance, energy, basic resources and banking sectors gained 1.37%, 0.81%, 0.56% and 0.51% respectively.
On the other side, the durable products and telecommunication sectors slide 1.26% and 1.1%.
In respect to the stocks’ performance, 92 stocks ended in green zone topped by Amanat Holdings and Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance as they declined by 9.71% and 4.84% respectively.
On other hand, 74 stocks ended in red zone topped Saudi Industrial Development and Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment declined by 5.8% and 3.54% respectively
