Tadawul changes Al Ahlia status as losses fall below 50%

Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance said that the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will remove the accumulated losses flag mark from the exchange website.

The step came after the company reduced its accumulated losses by 50% of its capital, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

Moreover, Tadawul will suspend trading on the company’s shares for two hours starting from the opening of Sunday’s trades, while "orders maintenance" will start 11:30am KSA time.

On Thursday, the Saudi-listed firm announced that its accumulated losses fell below 50% of capital after reducing them to SAR 160 million, which came pursuant to the approval of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 22 February.
