Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Thursday’s trading session in decline, as the main index incurred 2.67% losses and closed at 6,631.69 points.
Traded volumes amounted to 162.60 million shares, traded through about 188,600 transactions at a turnover of SAR 3.3 billion.
Newcomer Arab Sea led the rising stocks and surged by 9.96%, while SABB topped the decliners and dropped by 7.62%.
Alinma was the most actively traded stock with 13.76 million shares, while Al Rajhi recorded the highest traded valued with SAR 274.1 million.
As for the performance of the market sectors, the banks and telecom indices fell by 3.29% and 2.97%., while the materials and energy sectors retreated by 2.84% and 2.05%, respectively.
On the other hand, insurance was the only rinsing sectors logging an increase of 0.08%
Meanwhile, the Nomu Parallel Market surged by 4.92% and closed at 6,660.92 points.
