Tadawul closes Tuesday in green for 2nd session in row

Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Tuesday’s trading on a rise for the second consecutive session.

The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) went up 0.12%, gaining 8.5 points, and closed at the level of 7,245.39 points.

Traded values reached SAR 2.99 billion, as volumes amounted to 181 million shares.

As for the market sectors performance, twelve closed in green, led by utilities which increased by 1.25%, while the main sector saw a mixed performance, with telecom and banks rising 0.87% and 0.1%, respectively, while materials slipped 0.38%.

On the other hand, eight sectors closed in red, led by REITs which declined by 1.06%, followed by real estate with 1.02%.

Meanwhile, the main index (NOMU) of the Nomu-Parallel Market rose 2.96%, adding 104.3 points, and closed at 3,628.6 points, as traded volumes totalled 490,000 shares at a total turnover of SAR 12.8 million.
