Tadawul closes on negative note on profit taking

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) ended Thursday’s session in the red.

The main index fell 0.95% or 57.70 points to stand at 6,021.81 points.

Traded volume reached 178.2 million shares with a turnover of SAR 2.72 billion, distributed over 74,000 transactions.

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closed on negative note on Tuesday amid week trading values that declined near the level of SAR 2 billion.

The main index lost 0.22% or 13.37 points to close at 6,190.35 points down from 6,204 points at the previous session.

Today’s index declines came amid profit taking after the gains it witnessed in the previous two sessions.

The market recorded trading values of SAR 2.31 billion down from SAR 3.84 billion in the previous session.

At the sectorial level, 12 sectors ended in the red zone while only three sectors ended the session on positive note.
