Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) deposited on Monday the bonus shares of Almarai Company in shareholders’ portfolios.
The stock fluctuation limits will be based on a share price of SAR 51.67 ($13.78).
The company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved yesterday cash dividends at 11.5% of the capital or SAR 1.15 ($0.31) per share for the fiscal year 2015, totalling SAR 690 million ($183.97 million).
The dairy producer’s shareholders also agreed to increase the company’s capital by 33.3% to SAR 8 billion ($2.13 billion) from SAR 6 billion ($1.60 billion) through a bonus share distribution at 1-for-3.
Almarai stock closed yesterday at SAR 68.89 ($18.37) after falling 1.28%.
