Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) rose 0.22% or 16.17 points, reaching 7,282.60 points in Thursday’s early trades.
Trading volume reached 18.48 million shares through 10,240 transactions, generating SAR 359.89 million.
The materials sector increased 0.74%, followed by the real estate investment traded funds (REITs) sector with 0.7%, the food and staples retailing sector with 0.5%, and the banks sector with 0.23%.
The diversified financials sector lost 0.6%, followed by the energy sector with 0.41% and the telecommunications services dropped 0.4%. The energy sector lost 0.41% and the telecommunications services dropped 0.4%.
Najran Cement Company went up 6.2%, whereas United Electronics (eXtra) decreased 2.5%.
Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market index increased 1.7% or 61.49 points to reach 3,668.33 points.
Raydan Co reached SAR 22.32, rising 2.9%, whereas Development Works Food fell to SAR 77, dropping 1.3%.
