Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closes on a positive note on Thursday for the sixth session in a row.
The main index added 0.09% or 6.76 points to stand at 7,134.88 points.
Traded values decreased to SAR 4.7 billion compared to SAR 4.9 billion on Wednesday.
Traded volumes levelled down to 253 million shares compared to 261.95 million shares yesterday.
The pharma sector topped gainers and rose 3.75%after Spimaco Addwaeih increased by the same percentage, followed by the food and retailing sector by 1.37%.
On the other hand, the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds sector led the worst performers and fell 1.28%, followed by durables by 0.69%.
Nama Chemicals led that best performers and hiked 9.59%, followed by Umm Al Qura Cement by 4.6%, while Knowledge Economic City was topped losers and decreased 3.39%, followed by Khodari by 3.15%.
