Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) went up 0.13% or 9.08 points to 7,012.81 points at Tuesday’s close.
Traded value fell to SAR 3.67 billion ($979 million) on Tuesday compared to SAR 3.7 billion ($987 million) on Monday.
Traded volume increased to 243.79 million shares, down from 227.2 million shares.
The utilities sector topped the best performers and rose 4%, followed by the energy sector which added 1.46%.
The telecom and banks sectors increased 0.7% and 0.11%, respectively.
On the other hand, the REITs sector led the worst performers and fell 1.45%, followed by the materials sector which lost 1.45% and 0.43%, respectively.
Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of the Nomu-Parallel Market levelled down 2.16% or 101.47 points to stand at 4,585.95 points.
