Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) added 0.08% or 5.51 points to 6,875.64 points at Tuesday’s open.
By 10:50am Makkah time, 26.06 million shares were exchanged through 19,080 transactions at a value of 605.68 million.
The food and beverages sector led the best performers and increased 1%, followed by the transport and material sectors by 0.87% and 0.2%, respectively.
On the other hand, the commercial services sector fell 0.84%, followed by the banks and telecom sectors by 0.06% and 0.47%, respectively.
Saptco topped the losing stocks and went down 2.8% to SAR 14.55, while Nadec led gainers and hiked 7.5% to SAR 30.
Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market lost 1.6% or 80.27 points to stand at 5,041.97 points.
Development Works Food topped the worst performers and fell 3.7%, while Arab Sea Information Systems and Al Samaani for Metal Industries rose 0.83% and 0.23%, respectively.
