Tadawul rises at mid-trade; 94 stocks up

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) continued its rally till Wednesday’s mid-session, as it rose by 0.70% or 49 points to 7,038 points.

 Traded volume amounted to approx. 144 million shares, exchanged in 61,000 transactions at turnover reaching SAR 3 billion.

94 companies moved higher, 68 mover lower and 10 others remained unchanged.

Emaar E.C. was the best performing stock, with a surge of 9.66% to SAR 10.9. It was followed by Knowledge Economic City that rose by 6.75% to SAR 15.35, then Makkah Construction that added 5.57% to SAR 90.

Meanwhile, Saudi Pipe was the biggest loser with a fall of 1.67% to SAR 22.35. It was followed by Halwani Bros that lost 1.67% to SAR 74, then SABB Takaful that was behind 1.67% to SAR 37.

Alinma Bank was the most active with traded volume reaching SAR 35.2 million, then Dar Al Arkan (SAR 18.2 million) and Emaar (SAR 11.4 million).
