Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday suspended trading the shares of Alujain Holding.
The one-day suspension is upon the company’s request, in accordance with the listing rules and procedures, as it will announce a material event.
Last month, shareholders approved amending the company’s name from Alujain Corp. to Alujain Holding.
Moreover, the company’s activity has been changed to include managing subsidiaries or jointly managed companies.
