Riyadh - Mubasher: The investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadwul) are anticipates a series of important events this week, led by three cash dividends distributions.
Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance dominates 46% of this week distributions, since the company is expected to hold its ordinary general meeting on Sunday 2 October to discuss the distribution of cash dividends at 20% or SAR 2 per share, and a total value of SAR 50 million.
Meanwhile, National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) will begin the distribution of the cash dividends for the first half of the year on 2 October, at SAR 0.75 per share or 7.5%, with a total value of SAR 22.5 million.
Al Hokair Group will distribute cash dividends totalling SAR 35.75 million for H1-16, starting 5 October through The Saudi British Bank (SABB), at SAR 0.65 per share or 6.5% of capital.
On the other hand, Takween announced earlier that the first phase of its rights issue will end on 6 October 2016, which began on 27 September.
