Kuwait-Mubasher: Credit Rating and Collection (Tahssilat) said that the Kuwaiti court postponed the company’s lawsuit filed against QAF Investment Company (QIC) to 18 January, 2016.
Tahssilat had filed the lawsuit to demand KWD 3.56 million ($12.46 million) from QAF Investment, a financial institution specialized in banking investment, according to a bourse statement.
