Riyadh – Mubasher: Taiba Holding said it would distribute dividends of SAR 0.40 per share at total amount of SAR 60 million for the third quarter of 2016.
The dividends distribution represent 4% of the stock’s par value.
Shareholders of record date until 29 September will be entitled to the dividends distribution, according to Tadawul website.
Taiba reported net profits of SAR 68.5 million for the second quarter of 2016 up from SAR 57 million for the same period a year earlier.
