Riyadh-Mubasher: Taiba Holding said it has received a letter from the Public Pension Agency on appointing Abdullah Mazi as its representative in the company's board.
Mazi replaced Saud Al-Malaq as of 1 January.
The move is subject to the approval of Taiba's next general meeting.
