Riyadh-Mubasher: Taiba Holding said the board gave the go-ahead for appointing Ayman Hamzah Said as CEO starting from 11 January, according to the company's statement to the Saudi bourse.
Hamzah replaces Adel Al-Zaid whose resignation comes into effect from 11 January.
Said earlier served as the company's acting CEO.
