Riyadh – Mubasher: Taiba Holding will commence paying out the third quarter's cash dividends on 13 October, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Earlier, the company approved paying Q3 dividends at SAR 0.40 per share, or 4% of the stock's nominal value, totaling SAR 60 million.
Shareholders of record until 29 September would be entitled to the cash dividends, the company announced.
On Sunday, the stock quote was placed at SAR 35.39 with a 0.06% slide.
