Dubai – Mubasher: Takaful Al Emarat posted a 57.7% year-on-year decline in its profits during the fourth quarter of 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Profits reached AED 3.79 million ($1.03 million) in Q4-16, compared to AED 8.91 million in Q4-15.
The company generated profits of AED 15.01 million in 2016, up 47% from AED 10.21 million recorded in 2015.
Takaful revenues rose 54.2% to AED 64.89 million in 2016, compared to AED 42.09 million in 2015.
