Dubai-Mubasher: Shareholders of Takaful Emarat will discuss on 21 April a board proposal of 5.33% cash dividends for 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The total dividends stand at AED 8 million ($2.18 million).
The shareholders will discuss the balance sheet, in addition to the profit and loss statement for 2015.
The company’s stock rose 3.3% to AED 1.88, after generating AED 12,230 from the exchange of 6,500 shares.
