Dubai-Mubasher: Takaful Al Emarat turned profitable in the first quarter of 2016, according to a bourse statement, thanks to higher revenues and lower spending.
The Dubai-listed company’s profits stood at AED 3.31 million ($900,000) in Q1-16, against losses of AED 3.09 million ($841,000) in Q1-15.
Net revenues amounted to AED 11.93 million the first three months, a 29% rise from AED 9.27 million in the same period of 2015.
