Dubai – Mubasher: Takaful Al Emarat Insurance said its board will convene on Sunday, 8 August to discuss taking a loan from an Islamic bank.
The board will also approve the company's financial results for the second quarter of 2016, according to Takaful's filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Wednesday.
The insurance firm turned profitable in Q1-16 with AED 3.31 million in profits.
