Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The shareholders of Abu Dhabi National Takaful Co. gave the go-ahead to 16% cash dividend payout for 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The approved dividends stand at 16 fils per share, amounting to AED 16 million.
The shareholders also approved, during their ordinary general meeting (OGM), the company’s activities and financial statements for 2015.
