Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The shareholders of Abu Dhabi National Takaful Co. will discuss on 19 April a board proposal of paying 16% cash dividend for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The dividends payout stands at 16 fils per share, totalling AED 16 million.
In its last trading session on 15 March, the company’s stock rose 10.9% to AED 4.9 after trading 2,760 shares, with turnover of AED 13,600.
