Riyadh – Mubasher: Takween Advanced Industries will start on Sunday, 9 October, the second subscription period of the rights issue for increasing the capital.
The rights issue will be through offering preferred shares until the end of 11 October, according to a bourse statement on Tadawul.
On 27 September, the first subscription period started and lasted until 6 October.
Takween’s ordinary general meeting on 21 September has agreed on raising the capital by 171.4% or SAR 600 million to SAR 950 million from SAR 350 million.
