Riyadh - Mubasher: Takween Advanced Industries Company announced on Sunday that the subscription period for the new shares will be able from Tuesday 27 September until the close of trading on Tuesday 11 October.
The first subscription Period will be from 27 September until 6 October, with only registered shareholders will be entitled to exercise their rights to subscription in the new shares, according to a bourse filing.
The second subscription period will be from 9 October to 11 October, during that period, all holders of rights will be allowed to exercise their right to subscribe to the new shares, while trading of rights during this phase is not possible.
If unsubscribed shares remain following the First and Second Subscription Period, the remaining shares will be subscribed to through the Rump Offering as described in the prospectus, the company said in its statement.
The company also said that the eligibility ratio is 1.71 rights for each share, adding that the offer price is SAR 10 per share.
