Riyadh – Mubasher: Takween Advanced Industries Company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) elected on Thursday new members for its board of directors for the next three-year term.
According to a bourse filing released on Sunday, the OGM also adopted the board and auditor’s reports on the fiscal year 2015, and appointed an auditor for the new fiscal year.
