Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital announced the distribution of SAR 8.16 million in cash dividend to Taleem REIT Fund unitholders for the first quarter (Q1) of 2020.
The dividends will be distributed at SAR 0.16 per unit, and its ratio to the initial price of the unit is 1.6%, with 51 million eligible existing units.
It is worth noting that the distribution ratio amounts to 1.54% of net asset value as of the end of last year.
