Cairo – Mubasher: Kuwaiti listed Tamdeen Investment said it sold 10% stake in its unit British Industries for Printing and Packaging Co for book value KWD 800,000.
British Industries for Printing and Packaging Co is currently 47.81% owned by Tamdeen after this transaction, said a bourse filing.
Tamdeen noted that the transaction won’t have either positive or negative financial impact on its financial position.
