Cairo – Mubasher: Tamweely Microfinance is in talks with three banks to secure an EGP 500 million loan.
The loan will be used to fund microfinance projects early 2019, the company’s chairman Amr Abou El Azm told Mubasher.
In October, Tamweely received an EGP 100 million in financing from the Egyptian Arab Land Bank and Export Development Bank (EBE) out of total loan worth EGP 200 million the company was in talks over with five banks.
