Mubasher: Oman National Investments Development Company (Tanmia) and Synergy Petroleum International signed an agreement with Bauer Resources, according to Oman News Agency.
Under the agreement, Tanmia will acquire 30% as a new partner with Bauer Nimr.
Bauer Nimr started operating in Oman in 2010 with a 20-year contract from Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) for the treatment of oil contaminated water from the oil extraction activities in some oil fields.
