Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based Tanmiyat Group has completed 83% of the AED 367 million Court Tower located on Dubai Water Canal.
The project is expected to be delivered next October, the Emirati investment and real estate development group said in a statement.
Court Tower, located along with Habtoor City and JW Marriott, features 280,000 square feet office spaces, 198 apartments, and 28,000 square feet retail spaces.
