Dubai – Mubasher: Tanmiyat Group has completed 90% of the AED 7 billion Living Legends project in Dubailand.
Situated on 15 million square feet, Living Legends comprises 12 residential towers including 3,000 apartments, 500 villas, according to a press release posted on Wednesday.
Living Legends also incorporates a school, golf course, and green areas, the investment and real estate development firm added.
The Dubai-based developer gave no further details on the timeframe of the project.
