Riyadh – Mubasher: Tanmiyat Investment Group announced on Sunday that it has finished the first phase of the AED 7 billion Living Legends project in Dubailand.
The first phase includes 184 villas and one residential tower, according to a statement by the company.
The Living Legends project comprises 500 villas and 12 apartment blocks to be built on an area of 15 million feet.
Market analysts expect a return on investment of 10% from the project.
