Cairo – Mubasher: Tatweer Misr announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with Mostakbal City Co to develop a 415-acre land in Mostakbal City with investment worth EGP 33 billion.
This new partnership deal includes the development of several urban areas on a 325-acre land with investment worth EGP 28 billion within 10 years, Tatweer Misr’s CEO Ahmed Shalaby said in a press conference.
The company plans to launch the project in the second quarter of 2018 with estimated revenues of up to EGP 50 billion, Shalaby added.
Tatweer Misr has also signed a contract to buy a 90-acre land in Mostakbal City to implement an education project with investment worth EGP 5 billion within eight years, including a university and schools, he highlighted.
