Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s general index gained 61.12 points, or 1.34%, to close at 4,621.15 points on Sunday, encouraged by the telecommunication and the real estate sectors.
The ADX’s trading volume reached 26.09 million shares, while the market’s liquidity amounted to AED 49.26 million.
The telecommunication sector and its only stock, Etisalat, added 2.48% each.
The real estate sector rose 1.83%, as Eshraq Properties soared 6.67% and Aldar Properties went up 1.49%.
The banks sector increased by 1.14% after First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) gained 1.65%.
On the other hand, the energy sector levelled down 0.12%, as Dana Gas lost 0.96%.
