Cairo – Mubasher: Telecom Egypt’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved on Tuesday reshaping the board of directors, a source told Mubasher.
The OGM’s decision resulted in replacing the company’s CEO, Tamer Gadallah, and board member Lobna Helal with Mohamed Barakat and Amr Abdel Rasheed, the sources said.
The source noted that Mohammed Shamrokh and Ahmed El Beheiry are likely to fill the post.
