Cairo – Mubasher: Telecom Egypt said it has prepared an emergency plan to overcome any event that may affect its services during the anniversary of the 25 January Revolution.
The company's crisis management centre has assigned a team to receive complaints about urgent issues that affect the company's services or facilities across the country.
The emergency plan runs for a week during 22-28 January.
