Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a positive performance in Tuesday’s early trades, spurred by the telecom and banks sectors.
The general index gained 0.21% or 9.08 points to reach 4,360.49 points by 10:50am UAE time.
The telecom sector increased 0.28% as Etisalat went up 0.28%.
Also, the banks sector grew 0.20% after Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) advanced 1.4% and 1.03% in a row.
Meanwhile, turnover reached AED 101.11 million shares after trading 114.15 million through 750 transactions.
Eshraq Properties was the most active after 67.82 million shares were traded, with turnover of AED 53 million. The stock stabilised at AED 0.77.
