Ten nations import from KSA at SAR 42.8bn in July – GASTAT

Riyadh – Mubasher: Ten countries acquired 67% of Saudi Arabian exports in July 2017 at a value of SAR 42.8 billion, the Saudi General Authority for Statistics’ (GASTAT) data showed.

The total value of the Kingdom’s exports in July amounted to SAR 63.9 billion, the GASTAT added.

Japan topped the destinations which Saudi Arabia exported to at a value of SAR 7.56 billion, followed by China with SAR 7.33 billion, and South Korea with SAR 5.84 billion.

The Kingdom also exported to India, Singapore, Egypt, Bahrain, Taiwan, the US, and the UAE.

In July, China led exporters to Saudi Arabia at a value of SAR 7.56 billion, followed by the US with SAR 5.05 billion, and the UAE with 2.74 billion.

Germany, France, South Korea, Italy, India, Japan, and the UK also exported to the Kingdom.

The value of Saudi imports in July stood at SAR 43.2 billion.
