Dubai – Mubasher: The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort and Spa on Wednesday announced awarding the main construction works contract to Multiplex Constructions.
Australia-based Multiplex has already commenced the construction works of the 257,000 square-metre mixed-use project, which is consists of two twin towers, according to a company statement.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2020, The Multiplex stated.
The project includes Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa hotel with 217 rooms and suites, in addition to Address Residence Jumeirah Resort and Spa Apartment Hotel and The Residence Jumeirah Dubai unfurnished apartments, the company added.
