Cairo – Mubasher: The Land Developers has launched a new commercial project in the New Administrative Capital with investments of EGP 500 million.
Spreading over a building area of 18,000 square metres, the project will feature 140 commercial, administrative, and medical units, the company’s chairman and managing director Ahmed El Tayebi said in a press conference on Sunday.
The real estate developer aims to achieve EGP 1 billion in sales from the commercial project over two phases, El Tayebi pointed out.
The new project is part of the company’s 1,750-unit residential project being established over nearly 42,000 feddans in the new capital with investments of EGP 3 billion.
The expected sales from the entire project amounts to EGP 4.5 billion, he added, noting that sales have reached 800 million so far.
