Cairo – Mubasher: The commercial director of Living Yards Developments said that the company has completed selling the units of the first phase of its project in the New Administrative Capital “The Loft”.
Hashem El-Kady said on Tuesday that the first phase has achieved total sales of EGP 600 million, with increased demand supported by allowing each client to design their own unit.
The success of phase on has inspired more investments in the second phase, El-Kady added.
Living Yards is targeting sales of EGP 700 million from the second phase of the Loft.
The project includes 300 residential units, with greenary taking a center stage at the development which is set to be delivered by 2022.
The Loft spans across 23 feddans, and offers apartments, duplexes, and penthouses, with areas ranging from 78 to 350 square meteres.
Living Yards is currently choosing between two land lots in the North Coast, in Ras Al Hekma, and New Alamaien.
