Riyadh – Mubasher: National Agricultural Marketing Company (Thimar) announced that it will not be able to publish its financial results for the second quarter of 2019 on time.
The company noted that its external auditor did not receive the financial statements of its affiliate Thimar Wasmi Company, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Thimar noted that it will publish its financials as soon as possible.
It is worth noting that Thimar suffered SAR 2.18 million in losses in Q1-19, against profits of SAR 1.48 million in Q1-18.
