Cairo – Mubasher: A consortium comprised of Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport, Suez Canal Authority, and Alexandria Port Authority will build a multi-purpose terminal on Berth-55 at Alexandria Port with $450 million to $500 million in investments.
The consortium will establish a company to build the new terminal, chairman of Alexandria Container Mohamed Youssef told Almal News.
The alliance will secure a part of the project funding from banks, Youssef added.
